88baje ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the user ("you", "member") and 88baje.

3  Account Security

4  Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.

5  Withdrawal Rules

7  Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000

The bonus wagering requirement is 20 times — meaning you must place bets totalling 20 times the combined (deposit + bonus) amount before withdrawing.

8  General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time period after being awarded, it will expire.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device or IP address are not permitted.
• Any breach of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 88baje reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

9  VIP and Cashback Program

88baje offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. VIP cashback is also subject to applicable wagering requirements.

10  General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Abnormal results caused by technical errors may be considered void.
• Using any software bug or technical issue to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of fraud or collusion in any game is found, the account will be closed immediately.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — it is impartial and audited.

11  Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed before a match begins will be refunded if the match is cancelled.
• Live betting odds may change at any moment.
• In the event of any dispute regarding sports results, internationally recognised results will apply.

12  Strictly Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Attempting to abuse bonuses by placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Colluding with other members during play.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

13  Account Suspension and Disciplinary Action

88baje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without providing a reason, particularly if:

• Evidence of a breach of terms is found.
• Unusual or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• Instructions are received from a legal or regulatory authority.

14  Use of Personal Information
